CANCELLATIONS & CLINIC ETIQUETTE
A non-refundable deposit will be requested for group bookings, Sunday appointments and weddings, etc.
We have a minimum spend of $150 per person for Sunday bookings, which needs to be booked in advance.
Our appointment times are precious. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we request that you give us as much notice as possible. For cancellations or changes to bookings within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Eftpos, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
