Covid 19 Protection Framework a.k.a. Traffic Light System

Covid 19 has had a huge impact on the world including our beautiful New Zealand. Lock downs have impacted many individuals and businesses including Alluminus tremendously. The new traffic light system brings new challenges of its own but means we can operate at all levels ensuring Alluminus can survive.

While I absolutely believe Vaccination is a personal choice it is a decision I have not taken lightly. Alluminus will follow Government guidelines for close contact business, and we will be operating as a fully vaccinated clinic from the 3rd December 2021.

Our Team is Fully Vaccinated, and You Must Be Too

Our Front door will be manned for Vaccination passes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays 9am to 5pm but closed until clients arrive at their appointment time the rest of our operational hours.

Please be patient with us while we navigate our way through this new system.

Covid 19 Vaccination Pass

All clients must hold a New Zealand Vaccination pass to enter Alluminus. We will scan this on arrival.

Aluminus Attentiveness

If you are pregnant, congratulations! Please let your therapist know of your pregnancy or any other medical conditions: e.g. High blood pressure, thyroid issues, allergies, photo-sensitivity, injury or surgeries. If you are using Vitamin A in any form, please advise us immediately.

Loyalty Rewards

As an Alluminus Loyalty member, receive rewards, for every dollar spent at Alluminus, once at $50 you will be able to spend on products or treatments. This is at management discretion.


For first time appointments will need to complete the necessary consultation forms. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend treatments beyond the booked time and you will be charged the full amount.
Please be advised that treatment times include preparation and consultation.

Disable parking is available around the rear of the building. Other client parking is available at the front of the building and across the road.

Cancellation Policy

We are a sought-after clinic, so our appointment times are very precious. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hrs notice, as a fee of 50% may incur.

Mobile Phones

Please turn your phones to silent or switch off. Your self-care and timeout is important as well as the client in the next room.

Bookings over 1.5 Hrs or Value of $200 +

Alluminus requires an $80 non-refundable deposit to hold your booking. All weddings also require a non-refundable deposit.

Gift Vouchers

Must be presented at the time of treatment. No refund or cash backs will be offered on any vouchers. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date issued on the voucher.

Return Policy

Must be within 14 days of purchase and at the discretion of management. Clinic credit only, no money refunds.

Alternative Care

We love our children here at Alluminus, please respect other clients enjoying the relaxation, peace, and time out they booked for. We kindly ask you to arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
